Themed “Navigating the Next Horizon: Charting the Course to 80+ Schools,” the meet reflected the Group’s growth ambitions while reinforcing its focus on educational quality, leadership and the experience created for every learner and family.

Reflecting on the Group’s journey, Rustom Kerawalla emphasised that reaching 80+ schools is about more than expansion.

The Annual Leadership Meet featured presentations by VIBGYOR’s core teams, giving school leaders an overview of the strategic priorities shaping the network. Principals also exchanged best practices and experiences from their campuses.
Four in-house panel discussions formed a key part of the gathering. The Future of Schooling panel explored how learning environments must evolve in a changing world. The Parents and Community discussion focused on strengthening engagement with the wider school ecosystem.
The Teachers of the Future panel examined the importance of developing and sustaining a strong educator base, while the Business of Education discussion addressed the operational and financial discipline required to support sustainable growth.
Together, the sessions offered a 360-degree perspective on VIBGYOR’s future priorities, combining academic, operational and leadership viewpoints.
