Dakuloves Trust: Bridging Dreams and Reality Through Creative Empowerment

In a country filled with immense talent and untapped potential, Dakuloves Trust stands out as a beacon of hope and opportunity. Officially registered on March 3, 2025, under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, this non-profit organization is on a mission to empower marginalized communities through education, skill development, and creativity-led professional training.

At its core, Dakuloves Trust believes in one powerful idea: Everyone deserves a chance to turn their passion into a profession, regardless of their background. This belief has inspired a growing ecosystem of programs and institutions designed to transform lives across India.

A Vision Built on Creativity and Purpose

Founded by Saqulain Mustak, a visionary youth icon, filmmaker, and social leader, Dakuloves Trust is more than just an NGO. It’s a transformative movement that integrates social welfare with creative empowerment. The trust aims to reach youth in rural and underprivileged communities who often lack access to quality education and career-building platforms.

While many development organizations focus solely on academics, Dakuloves Trust takes a different route, focusing on creativity, self-expression, and skill-based education to unlock employment, confidence, and leadership potential in young individuals.

Empowering Through Professional Academies

One of the Trust’s most ambitious undertakings is the creation of specialized institutions that offer career training in fields like fashion, filmmaking, acting, and more. These are not just schools. They are launchpads for talent.

The Proposed Institutions Include:

Fashion Academy: A professional institute for aspiring fashion designers and stylists, combining creativity with market trends.

Modeling School: Dedicated to grooming, personal development, and creating opportunities in the modeling industry.

Photography Academy: Offering hands-on courses in portrait, commercial, event, and journalistic photography.

Acting School: Training students in stage and screen acting, body language, expression, and performance.

Filmmaking Academy: Educating young storytellers in direction, cinematography, editing, production, and scriptwriting.

Production House: A creative hub for short films, documentaries, ad films, and social videos that carry strong messages.

News Agency: Youth-led media training focused on truth-telling, social awareness, and citizen journalism.

Makeup Artist Academy: Equipping learners with skills in bridal, editorial, film, and fashion makeup.

Dance Academy: Teaching classical, folk, modern, and fusion dance forms, enhancing both physical expression and confidence.

These institutions will not only educate but also serve as job creators promoting entrepreneurship, freelancing, and industry placements.

A Broader Social Commitment

Dakuloves Trust doesn’t limit its work to creative training. It is also deeply involved in social welfare activities including:

Education for All: Running campaigns and programs to ensure every child receives basic education.

Women Empowerment: Training and uplifting women through self-reliance initiatives.

Child Welfare and Nutrition: Providing health support, awareness, and care for undernourished children.

Digital Literacy: Educating youth about online tools, safety, and digital entrepreneurship.

Legal and Social Awareness: Empowering communities with knowledge of rights and civic duties.

Through these efforts, the Trust touches lives not only by offering platforms of expression but by meeting fundamental needs and igniting hope.

Creating a Culture of Possibility

What sets Dakuloves Trust apart is its commitment to blending art with activism, creativity with compassion, and talent with training. By fostering a culture where dreams are not dismissed but encouraged, the Trust is building a legacy of inspired youth who dare to create, express, and lead.

With each academy, campaign, and collaboration, Dakuloves Trust inches closer to its vision of an inclusive India where talent knows no barriers.

As it continues to grow, it invites educators, industry experts, artists, and change-makers to be part of this empowering journey.

The Life Story of Aashima Singh Founder, PR Practitioner & Publicist: The Visionary Behind The Great Podium

0

New Delhi, India, When the world shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic, many paused but Aashima Singh pressed forward with vision and purpose. A media professional, PR practitioner, and publicist by background, Aashima saw a unique opportunity to create something transformative. She founded The Great Podium, a digital platform that has since redefined how emerging talent is discovered, celebrated, and promoted in India and beyond.

What began as a humble project with a four-member team quickly became a powerhouse for branding, digital events, and talent recognition. Aashima’s goal was clear: to offer individuals—whether artists, entrepreneurs, or creators—a platform to express themselves, gain visibility, and connect with wider audiences.

Her journey into entrepreneurship wasn’t linear. Aashima held roles across several industries, including education and event management. It was during her time at an event management company, after receiving a simple certificate of appreciation, that the seed for The Great Podium was planted. That moment of recognition deeply resonated with her and highlighted the value of acknowledgment—something she believed was often overlooked in today’s fast-paced professional world.

Aashima Singh: Explored Careers

Though she explored careers as a lecturer and in other domains, none offered the fulfillment she eventually found through her own venture. The Great Podium became not just a business, but a mission to give people a stage—both literally and figuratively—to shine.

Despite initial skepticism around the platform’s longevity post-pandemic, The Great Podium defied the odds. Demand grew, and the platform evolved into a full-fledged digital ecosystem. With over 100 events hosted and participation from across India and overseas, it quickly gained media attention and the support of top-tier sponsors.

Drawing on her media expertise, Aashima strategically expanded the brand’s offerings. From digital events, The Great Podium grew into publishing—launching customized e-books, calendars, and digital magazines that amplified its reach and industry influence.

One of the platform’s most unique and successful ventures was organizing India’s first virtual pet contest—a fresh, inclusive idea that drew participation from animal lovers across demographics and earned praise for its creativity.

Today, Aashima Singh is celebrated not just as the founder of a thriving platform, but as a visionary leader committed to creating real impact in the digital and creative space. Her work with The Great Podium has enabled countless individuals to gain national recognition, access new opportunities, and tell their stories to the world.

Her journey is a testament to resilience, innovation, and the power of believing in one’s vision—even in the face of uncertainty.

Nishtha Desai- Why your resume (mostly) doesn’t matter

0

TEDx Talk | Youtube

Mr. Sarabjeet Sachar, founder and CEO of Aspiration Jobs, recently gave an inspiring TEDx talk during TEDxGoldenBridge Studio, sharing new ideas on how value-based connections play a critical role in professional development. The speaker told us that success often does not hinge on resumes or traditional job applications, but rather on building valuable, meaningful relationships that position one on the right path for opportunities to knock.

TEDxGoldenBridge Studio, themed “Semicolon; Pausing to Connect,” brings together a diverse array of speakers and curators to explore the power of intentional pauses and meaningful connections in our lives; has the reputation for providing a platform to ideas that are worth spreading, gave the best platform to this thought-provoking presentation. The proceedings were efficiently planned by Harsh Thakkar (Licensee), Sahaj Tyagi (Co-licensee), Siya Kachhela (Head Curator), Vraj Dangarwala (First Curator), and Yug Desai (Post Production Lead) so that every moment of the event was memorable for everyone in attendance.

The author, Nishtha Desai emphasizes the significance of forming genuine relationships during one’s career path. According to her, the emphasis must be on proving oneself, making personal and professional values align with the company mission, and being around people with the same intentions. For her, a career founded on sincere connections is more fulfilling and successful than one focused only on resumes and automated processes.

Crux of the Topic

In his presentation, Sarabjeet Sachar brought forth the revolutionary idea of value-based relationships, breaking from the conventional dependence on resumes in job searching. He identified how the dependence on resumes generated by artificial intelligence and generic keywords tends to derail the recruitment process, making it increasingly difficult for the candidates to get noticed. The actual key to professional success, he contended, is being a problem-solver, not merely a set of credentials.

Details

It started at the age of 21, when a newly graduated student was commuting on a local train in Mumbai. Enthusiastically talking about a dream to have a career in sales, this person was excited about the prospect of meeting people, knowing their problems, and providing tailored solutions. Unaware to them, a regional sales manager from a major pharmaceutical firm happened to overhear the conversation. Influenced by their passion and commitment in their words, the manager went up to the graduate and gave them his business card, inviting them in for an interview. No resume was required; it was the passion and commitment that got them the job.

This was the starting point of a successful career in sales, where the person rose through the ranks to senior levels in well-known companies like Times of India, Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today, and ZTV Network. In all these shifts, the emphasis remained on demonstrating their worth and love, instead of talking of a resume.

The central takeaway here is that the traditional resume may open doors, but it’s the authentic value you bring that will truly walk you through them. Research and preparation are key. Much like a business consultant, job seekers should approach potential employers by understanding their needs and positioning themselves as solution providers. This requires a shift in mindset—viewing the job search process not as a race to submit applications, but as an opportunity to build meaningful, value-driven connections.

The presentation touched on some of the real-life scenarios in which professionals constructed their careers by intentionally concentrating on value-based network construction. Sarabjeet Sachar narrated examples of people such as Amit and Simon, who were able to switch into new fields and gain leadership positions by matching their capabilities with the precise requirements of their potential employers.

This creative strategy is opposite to the conventional thinking of writing a resume based on a job description. Sachar emphasized that employers are not seeking flawless resumes but those who can provide solutions to their issues. By establishing these connections via networking and reciprocal value, professionals can tap into job opportunities that are not listed on conventional job boards.

Conclusion

As Sarabjeet Sachar finished speaking, he challenged the audience to change their career development mindset. Rather than just concentrating on resumes, professionals need to work towards building deep, genuine relationships founded on common values. These will open doors to opportunities and drive career progression in a more profound manner.

The TEDxGoldenBridge Studio event gave a new insight into job seeking and career development, urging working professionals to aim at establishing value-based relationships to thrive in the competitive job market of today.

Saurabh Katiyar Author a magician of Writing Breaking the Self Illusion Book…

0

I am Saurabh Katiyar a thinker, a teacher, and the author of The Awakening and Breaking the Self Illusion. I was not born with a label, a role, or an identity. Saurabh was born free as were you. But the moment we entered this world, society began shaping us. They gave us names, beliefs, boundaries, and expectations before we even had the chance to ask who we truly were.

They called it education, but it was conditioning. Told us to follow the crowd, obey authority, and never question the path laid out for us. They taught us that success is a high-paying job, a shiny degree, a socially accepted lifestyle. They never told us that in chasing those things, we lose the most valuable part of ourselves our truth.

The Awakening and Breaking the Self Illusion is not a self-help book. It is a declaration of war against the mental and emotional chains that bind us. It is a raw, fearless exploration into the illusions society builds around us and within us. It’s a call to all those who’ve ever felt misplaced, unheard, or unseen in a world that rewards conformity.

This book urges you to unlearn everything they taught you to believe about who you are. It invites you to destroy the false self the one built on fear, guilt, pressure, and comparison and return to your original self: pure, limitless, and powerful. You are not your past, your name, your degree, or your job title. You are a soul with infinite potential.

This journey is not easy. Breaking illusions requires courage. Awakening the self demands honesty. But once you strip away the labels and noise, you’ll find the freedom that no job, no title, and no approval can ever give. True power lies in knowing who you are when nothing is left to prove.

About Saurabh Katiyar

I come from humble beginnings. I’m the only child of my parents my father, Nirmal Katiyar, is a hardworking farmer, and my mother is a devoted homemaker who supports him in all his work. I draw my strength and values from them.

Academically, I graduated from CSJM University, Kanpur. I’m pursuing post-graduation from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University and am also a student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Alongside my academic journey, I’ve spent over 6 years as a commerce faculty member, teaching Class 11th, 12th, CA Foundation, and CA Intermediate levels.

But beyond degrees and experience, my purpose is awakening. I’m not just here to teach syllabus I’m here to open minds. My second book, The Fading Bond Between Teacher and Student, is also in progress inspired by the changing dynamics of education and the lost connection between teachers and learners.
